How do I start a return or exchange?

In order to ensure a full credit, all returned bags must be received within 30 days of purchase, and be undamaged, unused, with all accessories/attachments included, and packaged in their original box if possible. If a return does not comply with this policy, please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request. 

If a purchase made with a gift card is returned, the original gift card will be credited. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash except where required by law.

To have a shipping label sent to you, please email our customer service team at support@shaebag.com with your order number and Return Authorization as the subject line. 

Where are your products made?

Our bags are made by craftsmen in China with extensive experience in the handbag industry. We pride ourselves on delivering a quality product in both look and functionality.

Do you offer a warranty for your products?

If you’re not in love with your bag (although we know you will be), you can return it for a full refund within 30 days!

When can I expect to receive my order?

Most shipments are received within 5-8 days with our Free Ground Shipping option. Need it faster? We offer 2-day shipping for an additional fee of $35.00.

What materials do you use?

High-quality Vegan leather is the primary material for our premium bag. The inside of the bag is polyester, with some additional vegan leather accents.

Is your packaging sustainable?

Like most boxes, our packaging is made from recycled cardboard. There will be some packing material inside to help insulate and maintain the bag's integrity in transit, which we encourage you to recycle.

We also plan to explore more eco-friendly ways to package and ship over time.

What if my bag arrives damaged?

If your bag arrived damaged, please email our customer service team at support@shaebag.com with your order number and photos of the bag.
